Broadband For Agriculture - Focus on Rural Area

It is time for drastic changing. Agriculture must be embedded with the computer knowledge and empower with computer technology.
According to the Pew Internet & American Life Project, rural Americans still lag behind their urban and suburban counterparts in high-speed Internet connections. As of March 2007, just under one-third (31%) of those in rural areas have broadband connections at home, compared to 47% of the non-rural types.

Based on this fact, US has a huge internet user, but for Asian country, the food pot for the world, didnt have any broadband in rural area.

So who to be blame? Government Policy!
